The Konductor content manager is free of charge for designers. Only once the clients’ site is switched live will there be a monthly fee. Since Konductor is software as a service, a monthly fee allows site owners and site editors to make changes through the powerful management application. On an annual plan Konductor collects $20 USD a month, which includes complimentary hosting for the site as well.

(http://www.konductor.net/pricing.htm) Two payment packages are available. Both packages include unlimited pages, editors and 10 GB monthly traffic.
Either you or your client may pay for the service. Some designers choose to hand off the responsibility for payment to their client, and others choose to collect funds from their client and then pay Konductor the service fee.
Payment is required within 10 days of a site being put live on a registered domain.
